Sesame Seed Cashews
1 lb. or 3 ½ cups raw cashews
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. cinnamon dash nutmeg
1 tsp. coarse salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place oven rack in center of oven. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl toss cashews with honey and maple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Evenly pour onto prepared pan.
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned, tossing every 10 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an air tight container or preserve jar.
