Granola
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
¾ cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup dry millet
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup honey
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Prepare 2 parchment lined jelly roll pans.
Place honey, coconut oil and maple syrup in small saucepan over low heat. Heat until just melted.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix well.
Divide onto prepared pans.
Place in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes tossing every 10 minutes.
