Balance in daily life is very important for health and well-being. I can help you find your balance, in physical fitness, relationships, health, food, creativity, spirituality and other aspects of life that you feel may need some balance.  I can show you the ropes of navigating a health food store, and what pitfalls to avoid. 

My method for teaching yoga is not unique.  One walks away from my class with positive energy having had a complete workout for the body and a mind. 

During a complimentary health history consultation you will have the opportunity to talk about your health and lifestyle goals. This could be the beginning of your path to a happier and more successful you.
